This is a FAQ, but you're quite right; it didn't seem to be in the
wiki, so I've added it.

A: Use darcs whatsnew -ls. Files which darcs thinks you might want to
add marked with a small a. To have darcs always ignore certain files
(equivalent of .cvsignore), you can use a boringfile (see the manual).
