[darcs-users] Announcing darcs 1.0.3

Hello!

I am pleased to announce darcs version 1.0.3!

The changes since 1.0.3rc2 are a fix for bug #396 (recording with a
removed file as an argument) by David Roundy, new sections in "Best
practices" written by Tommy Pettersson and some fixes and documentation
in the cygwin wrapper script by Zooko.

This is mostly a bugfix and maintenance release. Meanwhile in the
unstable branch a great deal of exciting development is happening.
Stay tuned for a new darcs version bringing many performance and feature
improvements.
