That flag would be meaningless, since darcs would always fail without
additional flags due to lack of information. If you don't weant
interaction, use -a to avoid prompting for patches, and -m to specify
the patch name. The same applies in general: there are specific flags
that one can use on the command line to specify what would otherwise
be prompted for.
