I have some source files ... ran darcs init, darcs record, and darcs
whatsnew knows about it. I then created a new subdir xyzzy and tried
to move one of the files into that subdir. It didn't work.

    $ darcs mv -v Scoresets.pm xyzzy

    darcs failed: There is no file or dir named bin/Scoresets.pm in
    the repository.

Oh yes there is such a file!

I am in the bin subdir of the new repository. If I cd .. to get to
the root of the new repository, it also fails.

    $ darcs mv -v bin/Scoresets.pm bin/xyzzy

    darcs failed: There is no file or dir named bin/Scoresets.pm in the repository.

It must be something pretty simple, but I sure don't see it.

This is darcs 1.0.4 on gentoo Linux on an opteron system.
