[darcs-users] whatsnew on file not in repo

Hi,

it seems to me that the output of `darcs whatsnew' for a file that has
not been added to the repo, or that doesn't even exist, is a bit
surprising:

| $ darcs wha non-existing-file
| What's new in "non-existing-file":
| 
| No changes!
`----

I think it would be clearer if the message in this case stated
something like

    "non-existing-file" does not exist

or at least

    "non-existing-file" is not part of the repo; consider "darcs add
    'non-existing-file'".

or something like that.
