[darcs-users] Problems with Windows binary

I wanted to try out darcs but it seems when I run record option I get an
error:

D:\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\MIP>darcs record --all
What is the patch name? Initial
Do you want to add a long comment? [yn]
darcs: vi: runProcess: does not exist (No such file or directory)

Any ideas on how to resolve this?  The platform is as follows:

Windows XP Pro (Version 5.1, build 2600.xpsp-Sp2_gdr:Service Pack 2)

D:\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\MIP>darcs --version
1.0.3 (release)
