[darcs-users] Odd behavior for push

Ah.. Makes sense.  I would say then that darcs should tell me thats what 
it did then.  Me (and my co-worker who actually created the patches) 
both darcs newbies were very confused.

Something like "Skipping Patch n/x that depends on y"
