Yeah, breaking FAT is not the best idea. Some ppl are using Windows
2000+ but still keeps some data (and maybe darcs repo) on FAT
partition so they are able to access (and CHANGE) them from Linux. I
know I do it - but I don't recall keeping darcs repository on such
partition but if I was unaware of such constrain I would be puzzled if
darcs won't work and what if I had ONLY FAT partitions?
