[darcs-users] _darcs/format and .git/darcs-format

That's okay -- a missing format file implies the base format.

When Darcs is compiled against libcurl, you won't see any messages
about this missing file.  When darcs isn't, it will use either the
curl or wget command-line utility to fetch remote files, and the
utility might print a harmless error message.

Oh, and you should *not* compile Darcs with Git support.  The Git
support has suffered bit rot (my fault), and does not work.
