I think I've fixed the weird spam bug that causes patch contents to appear in 
the CIA message. Everyone, pull it from 
http://www.shadowconflict.com/darcs/darcs-cia/ as usual.

And remember, I'll accept patches from anyone who can get the script to suck 
less.
