[darcs-users] -p behaves inconsistently

Well, Darcs does make it easy to maintain local changes.  :)  One way
to establish an exception's value (or lack thereof) is to put it out
there, and see how many people use it.

Would this special knowledge assemble ChangeLog entries by the date
they entered the repository, or by the date they were first recorded,
or what?  It would need to be based on the date somehow, right?
