[darcs-users] DARCS command line does not work in windowsXP

I just installed darcs w/o cygwin and the Tortoise/CVS GUI
the Tortoise GUI works just fine.
But any darcs command I try to run from the command I get a SSH error
But I am not using SSH

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong ?
