[darcs-users] Get started in Windows

I'm missing some fundamental information in the getting started section of
the Darcs manual.

I can create a repository and add some files; but how do I communicate this
first version to others? I tried the darsc send command, but it insist on
"No recorded local changes to send!" - no, I haven't changed anything, but
somebody need the same baseline to start from. Or have I misunderstood the
concept?

By the way, it would be nice if someone would write a small Windows section
of the manual!
