So lets assume you nave some directory "project1" and inside there is
file "great_plan".

In the directory project1 you run:
darcs init
darcs add great_plan
darcs record

Now you have your repository with the first patch (adding the file to
the repository). If you wan to share the repository with others, just
copy or move the directory project1 to your webserver and tell others
to darcs get http://your.server/path/project1
