darcs get http://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/people/vmiklos/tailor-hackfest/tailor-wrap/

cd tailor-wrap

darcs get http://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/people/vmiklos/tailor-hackfest/tailor/

and read the INSTALL file :)
