[darcs-users] Windows version of darcs wont 'get'

I personally vote that the next release of darcs create darcs-2
repositories by default.

I'm guessing we did not do this for 2.0.0 because we wanted to have a
smooth rollout.  That is, people with darcs1 would not be able to use
darcs2 repositories, so rather than force everybody to get darcs2, we
wait for it to be in more people's hands before we make the format
widespread.
