[darcs-users] darcs patch: small makefile refactoring: allow just the normal test...

I have to admit, I would prefer running tests with out bugs as the normal
mode of operation for 'darcs record'.  My reason being that I have been
confused on more than one occasion by the output of the buggy tests while
recording.  So I hope you accept this patch and make the new target the
default action for 'darcs test'.
