[darcs-users] can we remove --no-pristine-tree?

I'll go along with the majority on this one.  If we keep it, I'll make
the documentation clear that it is only (currently) supported for
non-hashed (i.e. deprecated) repos.  The code would also need to emit
a warning (similar to what's now done for --partial on a darcs-2
repo).
