[darcs-users] darcs patch: resolve issue770: catch 'does not exist'... (and 1 more)

Alas, I'd love to apply this, but the patch bundle doesn't seem to
pass its hash, presumably something's wrong with the mime encoding? It
looks like you used darcs send to generate this, so maybe this is a
chance to track down a windows-related bug?
