Great. So I would very much like a volunteer to verify that this is, in fact, 
true so that we can close this issue. I am afraid that I haven't used the 
mail interface myself, but perhaps the simple fact that this mail makes it to 
the bug tracker (if it does) will be sufficient for someone to conclude that 
all is in order.
