[darcs-users] darcs patch: Roll back the Repair.lhs changes for hashed repairs.

Hi,

this is mostly for Kowey, to (temporarily) fix that performance regression and
un-fix repair vs case-sensitive filesystems. Hopefully it does the right
thing... Review needed. (It does seem to pass the testsuite.)

PS: It conflicts with the proposed check/repair refactoring. How to resolve
that issue is currently beyond me. I'll work on improving performance with
hashed repair, as outlined in my previous message.
