While libdarcs is certainly an interesting medium-term project -- and
I would encourage anybody with a concrete use case for a read-only
libdarcs 0.0.1 to post to http://bugs.darcs.net/issue1149 -- but in
all likelihood, getting the user manual separated soon is enough of a
benefit that we should not wait for it.
