[darcs-users] Separating the user manual and code

Hi David,

I think you may want to have a glance at this email thread.

Trent is offering to start work on (i) peeling the user's manual out of
the literate darcs source, putting it in a separate document and (ii)
switching to a lighter weight format like ReStructured Text.

The argument is that we want to make it as easy as possible for people
to contribute to the documentation.

I am in favour of this move, as is Jason.  Also, a couple of people who
have been active in contributing documentation (Max Battcher and Mark
Stosberg) say that this sort of thing would it easier for them to
contribute.

Any comments?
