The following patch is a substitute for the previously sent one.
It does no refactoring to Record.lhs, reuses the get_log function
from record and is therefore much smaller. The original behaviour
is now preserved, meaning that you will get asked for long comments
only if provided with --edit-long-comment or when issuing 'darcs
tag' w/o arguments.
One thing I have noticed: the get_log function Adds a '.' to the
patch name when it starts with TAG. What's the reason for this?
Now let's start the nitpicking :D
