[darcs-users] Help with team upgrade on Windows

It is at least the official place to find windows binaries - not yet 
another fleeting binary download link found on the net. The binaries are 
listed newest first and their differences and status are described. It 
gives an informative picture of the status of darcs packaging for 
windows, and it might stimulate useful discussion or (you never know) a 
volunteer.
