[darcs-users] darcs patch: make list_authors stats show ranking, to... (and 1 more)

I don't see either of these as particularly valuable.  The latter adds
two more make targets, which definitely seems like a bad thing (we've
got enough as it is).  The former just doesn't seem like it would be
very useful in motivating people.
