Looks like this should go somewhere on the developers' section of the
wiki.

I have this in a shell script that compiles the api-doc on a fast
machine, rsyncs to my machine, and then to darcs.net.  I don't trust
things enough to turn this into a pre-hook yet, but this one command
'dhaddock' is easy enough for me to run that the haddocks should be
fairly up to date.
