Okay, hopefully this is the last false alarm of this sort.  I just  
upgraded the buildmaster to buildbot v0.7.9, which fixes a bug in  
buildbot that caused it to send these "slave lost" messages even when  
the slave had already reconnected.

In addition, I configured it so that if a slave disconnects and stays  
disconnected, then don't send a message until that slave has been  
disconnected for 72 hours.

So hopefully in the future we'll receive no messages from the  
buildbot except for when slaves are gone for 72 consecutive hours.
