  * "make hoogleweb" configures the hoogle web interface in hoogle/ 
  The hoogle index target is now "make hoogleindex". Requires the hoogle
  source tree (perhaps patched to configure result link urls).
  Tested on GNU/Linux with hoogle 4.0.0.5.
