This may be the case, but lest we get off-topic,  I think the best thing
to do now is to work with what we have -- darcs and the wiki engine as
collaboration tools -- before launching into a whole new initiative.  In
other words, we should stay focused on the documentation itself.  We may
have use for a Drupal expert yet, but for now, let's keep things
simple!

PS. Meanwhile, we're working on switching our wiki to Gitit, which lets
    us use darcs as a back end.  This is waiting on the moin stuff to be
    converted and uploaded, as I understand it.
