[darcs-users] darcs patch: Resolve issue1478: document summary mnemonics.

The original bug report actually concerned "changes -s", but I think
whatsnew is the most common place for --summary.  I guess I should
also add "see whatsnew help for an explanation of summary mnemonics"
to other commands that understand -s -- including pull, push, changes,
anno...  Maybe the mnemonics help should be split out into "darcs help
mnemonics", as we currently do for "darcs help patterns"?
