Actually, nevermind.  Looks good (removes a Slurpy argument from
SelectChanges that isn't actually ever used [always matched against
underscore]).  The result is that we don't have to slurp so much either, 
which seems like it might a good thing performance wise unless there's
laziness involved, in which case, I suppose nothing changes.
