[darcs-users] is it safe for patch-tag.com to do darcs repair action?

Darcs repair only affects the patches and the pristine cache.  I think
it's safe to do so.

It may be good to offer a tarball of the original inconsistent repo so
that users can do the appropriate forensics on them.
