Phew, that sounds safe indeed!

And I think (like Zooko), the reason you must be trying to do that is
because of that pesky darcs put bug (which does not pass the right flags
to the remote repository, and is known to our issue tracker).  It's
likely an easy bug to fix if anybody wants to tackle it, especially as
an introduction to the darcs code (in preparation for the upcoming
sprint, woo!)
