[darcs-users] How do you set a global boring file on windows?

My USERPROFILE=C:\Documents and Settings\hoijarvi, set automatically.

"C:\Documents and Settings\hoijarvi\.darcs\boring" didn't have effect.

Now when I have TortoiseDarcs working, I really start to like boring files.
