Petr, Lele: thanks a lot!

Due to Petr's suggestion and Lele's implementation, the Tahoe-LAFS
trac is now nice and fast!  http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe .

I tried to apply the same patch to the darcs trac, linked from the
http://darcs.net front page as "Darcs repository browser.:
http://allmydata.org/trac/darcs-2/browser .  However, there is a
problem with that, such that I get a lot of warnings in the trac.log
and it never completes.  Here are the first few:

 - If the configured prefix does _not_ contain the string "darcs", it
   will be appended as directory name to $sysconfdir and $libexecdir.
   This is usually what the user wants.

 - If no prefix is given, $sysconfdir will be /etc.

 - Added Autoconf.lhs module for system dependent information. So far:
   darcsconfigdir. Thanks to this module, ghc will also know when to
   re-build a binary because configure ran again.

 - configure will now dump a nice summary before it terminates.,

 problem when using mmap on MacOS X, and I have no idea
on how many other systems it might show up.  For now using mmap is the
