Well, I'd like to think I wouldn't get sued for using the logo in a  
presentation about darcs.  That might put me off the project :)  But I  
didn't want to just go ahead and nick it off the website.  It would be  
nice, though, if there was a page that said "this is what you can and  
can't use it for".
