Speaking as a random guy on the darcs mailing list, Ashley: I would go
ahead and just use the logo.  One can always ask forgiveness later.

Note that this recommendation was made on a case-by-case basis and
should not be taken as being in any way applicable to any other
situation.

Of course, who would be silly enough listen to any old random guy
anyway?
