I sent to the list because I like the idea of giving people a chance to
view (and object strenuously to) patches before they hit a public repo
and become unobliterable.

Since I already have push access, I don't care too much :-)
But note that while write access is available via darcsit, that's
probably less powerful than direct Darcs patch pushing access -- for
example, you probably can't add a boringfile that makes TrentBuck.page
ignored because you've decided that TrentBuck is an ass.

I have no problem with such people (myself included) sending to the list
instead of pushing directly. After all, it's no different from how I
contribute to the Darcs repo...
