Unless I'm mistaken (completely possible) we don't have a precedent for
non-english translations of the manual.

Is this something you have experience with and can make suggestions?

Also, you'll probably want to coordinate with Trent.  I expect he will reply
to your inquiry :)

Thanks for your interest in darcs and it would be cool to have a russian
version of the manual.
