You should upgrade hashed-storage and darcs-beta to latest versions (well,
hashed-storage would suffice, but I encourage you to get latest darcs-beta as
well). The problem has been already fixed:

(I.e. cabal update && cabal install hashed-storage && cabal install darcs-beta)
