Doing the darcs move after a physical mv generally "just works".

Also, if you think darcs is "out of sync" with what you think the 
current working directory state is regarding adds/removes/moves, you may 
try deleting _darcs/patches/pending. (This is the file where darcs 
stores adds/moves until they are recorded.)
