[darcs-users] do we still need libwww support?

As the Debian package maintainer, I have never used libwww for official
binaries.

As a developer, I do not test my patches with libwww.  It's
time-consuming enough just to test with libcurl.  (I timed a full darcs
record --test the other day, and IIRC it took about five hours.)
