FWIW, git *is* slower for me because instead of running one darcs
command, I have to run two or three git commands to achieve the same
goal. That means I spend more time typing and reading -- whereas with
Darcs I have switched away to another window, so I don't notice if it
takes twenty seconds instead of five seconds.
That, and my lack of experience with git often means I have to spend
tens of minutes just working out what command to call in the first
place.
