[darcs-users] Benchmarking "darcs query contents"

Sorry, not whenever you visit http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/ 
browser , but whenever you examine a file's contents by clicking on  
the filename on that page it does "darcs annotate".

Also whenever you click on a directory then it does "darcs query  
contents" for *each* entry in that directory.  Darcs query contents  
often takes 10's of seconds for a single entry.  For example:

trac at org:/home/source/darcs/tahoe/trunk-hashedformat$ time darcs  
query contents --quiet --match "hash 20071022220839-e01fd- 
d8dcaffcdc1ddff6f6408b770abd99115f8c8d46.gz" "misc/munin/tahoe-conf"  
1>/dev/null
real    0m11.374s
user    0m8.750s
sys     0m1.740s
