I think we can live with the functional tests taking minutes and being
buildbotted, but the time it takes to run the unit tests is a bit
extreme, and I can imagine it getting in the way (I just wanna see if
it works now on the bots, etc).

That said, I should probably configure my staging repository to run the
unit tests.
