[darcs-users] I nominate Florent Becker for Review Team membership

Dear Review Team,

Florent reports that he may be able to set aside a little bit of time
for patch review.

We have some experience working with Florent in the Darcs Team.  How do
you feel about adding him to the Review Team so that he can push patches
directly?
