[darcs-users] how to launch text editor on Windows?

Just one user's comment.

I think notepad is the best for default editor on Windows.

notepad can handle UTF-8, UTF-16 LE and UTF-16 BE, while wordpad can
handle only UCS-2 LE.
And line endings seems not big issue compared to RTF.

Mercurial uses notepad.
