I notice a few minor glitches:

1. In the first snippet you create a "yardsale_working" repo, but in
   the second you reference "darcs_working" instead

2. In the third snippet you create a "yardsale_proxy" directory,
   not a darcs repo, before applying the incoming
   "bills-initial-patches.dpatch" patch.

3. In the same third snippet, "stevej ~/> cd .." should probably be
   "stevej ~/yardsale_proxy> cd .."
