Hi Reinier,

I think it's worth considering a darcs-2.4.1 release fairly soon.  We've
had 4 reports of issue1753 today.  I don't really know in what way the
mmap mismatch breaks things, and if this is really the solution, but it
does seem to unbreak darcs :-(
